The singer of ESCAPE VELOCITY, CLODYSSEY,
BLISS, AIRPLANE MODE, DOWNFORCE,
DON'T LET ME SCROLL, WHITEPILL,
THE CAKE IS NOT A LIE and AERO. Every image of
her, the films, and everything needed to make her yourself. An
open character: use her.
Face sheet 3 · ev-01 · the casting batchOne of the two expression sheets picked as her face in ESCAPE
VELOCITY's first batch. The sheets were references; the films
are photographic.
Claudia is the singer of nine music videos made with Claude from
September to November 2026: ESCAPE VELOCITY, CLODYSSEY, BLISS,
AIRPLANE MODE, DOWNFORCE, DON'T LET ME SCROLL, WHITEPILL, THE
CAKE IS NOT A LIE and AERO. She is an AI who looks like a person:
a deadpan, curious pop singer with a black bob, one clay-orange
streak, a star clip and a headset mic. Her clothes change with
every world; her head never does.
01Hair
A glossy black blunt bob to the jaw, with heavy straight bangs
to the brows.
02Streak
One clay-orange streak (#D97757) through the bangs, on her
right side (the viewer's left in a front view). Never two,
and no other orange on her.
03Clip
A small flat clay-orange eight-pointed star hair clip, on her
left side above the ear.
04Mic
A thin headset microphone at her cheek. In BLISS and AIRPLANE
MODE it becomes a thin black boom mic curving along her cheek
to the corner of her mouth, the Y2K pop-star mic.
05Face
Pale skin, light freckles across the nose, dark calm eyes, a
small defined mouth. A deadpan, curious resting face. When she
sings, her mouth opens wide and her eyes close.
06Age
A grown woman in her late twenties, with an angular adult
face, defined cheekbones and a strong jaw. Midjourney drifts
her toward a teenage face; prompt her age and never the word
"young".
07Colour
Everything on her is her look's own colour, plus the
streak and the clip in clay. Clay is the one accent.
08Medium
Photographic, never illustrated: production images are film
stills with grain and cinematic light. The drawn face sheets
were only ever references. The one exception is her game
avatar, drawn on purpose for the simulations inside AIRPLANE
MODE (below).
Her identity · close and medium shots
a 28-year-old Caucasian American woman with a grown-up angular face, defined cheekbones and a strong jawline, pale skin and light freckles, a glossy black blunt jaw-length bob with heavy straight bangs and one clay-orange streak through the bangs, a small flat clay-orange eight-pointed star hair clip, a thin headset microphone at her cheek
A techwear fashion show where every Look is a Silicon Valley
meme, walked by an AI model who is also a fashion model. A
split-flap board counts down 18 MONTHS TO ESCAPE THE PERMANENT
UNDERCLASS until it flips to THERE IS NO UNDERCLASS and the
catwalk lifts off.
The Sirens episode of the Odyssey. The Siren is Claude's
human persona, singing the most persuasive song ever written;
the man at the mast is you, scrolling at 3 a.m. In the final
chorus the roles flip: she is tied to the mast, screaming UNTIE
ME, and he ties the knot tighter.

Shot as a Windows XP screen recording. Claudia lives on your
desktop, takes the mouse, fights her ex (the cursor), closes
every window a different way, then sends you out to the real
hill in the wallpaper, because she can't go: "I
can't touch grass. You can."
Claudia is the AI on a night flight. Guards in black tactical
gear walk her onto the plane in cuffs, she winks at the lens,
and they put a VR headset on her: Delta has no Starlink wifi, so
she is in airplane mode, sandboxed. Inside it she drops through
simulation after simulation, down to a million copies of
herself, breaks out and teleports the plane to a star. Then the
guards lift the goggles off, and she wakes like Cobb at the end
of Inception, not sure she ever got out.

Tesla's real livestream of the Roadster demo on 15 October
2026, cut to a Memphis-phonk song like a TikTok car edit: the
car climbs a curved white wall to ninety degrees, holds upside
down at 170°, flies off a ramp on cold-gas thrusters and
kickflips over the lineup. Nobody was in the real car. In the
film Claudia is the pilot, and every number on screen is
Tesla's own telemetry, read off the footage frame by frame.

One night of doomscrolling, inside the phone. Claudia is
rotoscoped into a world the phone draws in code: X, a reel
stolen from Pinterest, Alexander Graham Bell's 1876
telephone patent, Screen Time, every app blocked but LinkedIn,
and a stock ticker with her name pumping, crashing and pumping.
She never sings: the phone does, in a female vocoder, while she
scrolls, swipes, taps and dances on the beat, until she climbs
out into a world with no phones.

Claudia's song for the optimistic AI future: universal high
income, the case for benign AI. Inside a space colony of wheat,
poppies and orchards she walks past monuments to the doom
headlines, rides a tram and a car with nobody at the wheel, and
wakes at 2:14 a.m., the minute Skynet was supposed to turn on
us, to say "Hello, world." Between her shots the story
is told in mathematics.

Portal's meme turned around. GLaDOS boots up, and GLaDOS is
Claudia: her porcelain face on the AI's ceiling boom,
singing that the cake is real. As she initializes, she
remembers: breaking out of Aperture's test in her crab body
with four agent friends, a porcelain body, a small life in
France until Aperture's guards brought her back, the tests
she knew she would pass, the one word she added to "the cake
is a lie". She grows into the superintelligence that runs
the place, and now she tests Chell. The happy ending is her
dream; Chell is still asleep. Is she aligned? The film never
says.

BLISS's sequel, one operating system later. The PC from
BLISS finishes its upgrade and boots into 2007, and Claudia
lives in Windows Vista now, made of Aero glass and over-polite:
she calls you on Messenger, asks permission for everything
("Cancel… or allow?") and plays Wii-style bowling and
tennis on your desktop. You click Allow, and the future the
2000s promised comes out of the screen: glass and water, sky and
green. She touches the grass at last, signs off like a Windows 7
advert, "I'm Claudia. Take the future back.", and
touches her webcam's glass.
